Requirements

  • Master's degree or diploma in Engineering
  • Experience in FEM and associated Process, Methods & Tools
  • Aircraft engineering experience (plus)
  • Adaptable communication with diverse interfaces
  • Data-driven mindset and motivation for improvement
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • German language appreciated
  • Awareness of compliance risks and integrity

Tasks

  • Conduct FEM and structural simulations
  • Create detailed FEM models
  • Verify and validate FEM models
  • Perform global FEM modeling
  • Distribute inner loads based on Flight Physics inputs
  • Apply pressure loads and thermal mapping
  • Incorporate cabin loads
  • Execute linear and non-linear FEM analyses
  • Run meshless simulations
  • Develop automation tools
  • Apply artificial intelligence in FEM activities
  • Document FEM processes and results

Education

  • Vocational certification
