Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent experience
• •Minimum 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• •Proven track record in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation
• •Deep expertise in MarTech tool stack & enablement
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Expertise in key trends around AI in customer experience and personalization
• •Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences
• •Affinity for solving problems and analytical thinking
• •Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• •Excellent command of English and German language
• •Knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies
• •Previous leadership and international experiences
