Requirements

  • •Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or comparable field
  • •Strong knowledge in data science and experience in leading teams or projects
  • •Solid understanding of energy markets, especially flexibility and its impact on the grid
  • •Proven experience in managing IT projects
  • •Expertise in developing complex, data-driven products in flexibility marketing
  • •Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and high level of initiative
  • •Fluent English and German skills
  • •Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • •Lead teams and manage projects in electrical and energy engineering
  • •Design and develop complex, data-driven products for energy market flexibility
  • •Analyze and evaluate the impact of flexibilities on distribution grids

  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions
  • •Plan and moderate workshops and presentations
