- Analyze cracker and steam allocation data and update regularly
- Develop a 5-year energy development plan with cost and project impact assessments
- Track RNZ projects and improve RNZ reimbursement reporting
- Identify new opportunities for energy efficiency and innovation
- Forecast future energy demand and support long-term budgeting
