Requirements
- 5+ years Senior IT Operations or Systems Engineering experience
- Track record as technical lead or mentor
- Expertise in Azure and Entra ID

- Proven experience architecting solutions with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager
- Successful navigation of MDM migrations

- Systems-Thinking mindset
- Preference for building automated solutions
- Comfort with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)

- Hands-on experience with specialized Mac MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle) (Nice to have)
- Experience in Fintech or regulated environments (understanding SOC2 or ISO compliance) (Nice to have)
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with international hardware and leasing partners (Nice to have)
Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Azure/Entra.
- Lead cleanup efforts for Azure/Entra.
- Review zero-touch deployment strategies.
- Manage zero-touch deployment using ABM, DEP, Autopilot.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tooling and automation.
- Partner with Systems Engineering.
- Align device compliance and identity controls.
- Define ownership boundaries for endpoint and identity.
- Integrate CMDB with Service Desk.
- Enable automated asset recovery.
- Implement sustainable e-wasting processes.
- Represent Security and People teams.
- Ensure 100% device compliance.
- Facilitate frictionless onboarding/offboarding.
- Determine infrastructure readiness for evolution.
- Manage migrations to specialized tools like Kandji.
- Collaborate on hardware budgets.
- Collaborate on leasing contracts.
- Collaborate on asset lifecycle costs.
