Requirements
- •10+ years' experience in solution consulting and GTM strategy
- •Proven enterprise software pre-sales experience
- •Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders
- •Deep understanding of the Risk & Security market landscape
- •Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks
- •Experience with AI governance frameworks
- •Expertise in operational resilience strategies
- •Deep sales, market and product knowledge relating to ServiceNow Platform
- •Understanding of modern cybersecurity threats
- •Knowledge of third-party risk management
- •Experience with cloud security and asset management
- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Experience developing and running sales programs
- •Experience presenting to large audiences
- •Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- •Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams
- •Self-starter with a win as a team approach
- •International experience is a plus
- •Strong fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus

- •Drive the Risk & Security workflow growth strategy
- •Expand solution consulting capabilities across IRM, GRC, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, BCM, VRM, Operational Resilience, and AI Control Tower
- •Shape cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline and secure tech wins
- •Facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing within the Specialist Solution Consulting community
- •Help solution consulting and pre-sales teams deliver value to customers in security and risk landscapes
- •Articulate and demonstrate the value of ServiceNow’s solutions to customers
- •Serve as the central contact for SC enablement and strategic initiatives in EMEA
- •Curate and share best practices, tools, and methodologies across IRM/GRC, SecOps, BCM, and VRM
- •Lead strategic positioning of ServiceNow's AI Control Tower capabilities
- •Drive thought leadership on Operational Resilience frameworks
- •Champion expertise in European regulatory compliance and position ServiceNow for regulatory alignment
- •Identify capability gaps and support upskilling programs in security and risk domains
- •Ensure consistency and quality in technical storytelling and demos for Risk & Security solutions
- •Coordinate CoE initiatives including demo strategy and industry-specific use cases
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams for portfolio expansion
- •Act as a thought leader in emerging technologies in cybersecurity and AI governance
- •Develop narratives on how ServiceNow unifies cyber and risk operations
- •Measure and report on pre-sales practices effectiveness across the Risk & Security community
- •Represent EMEA pre-sales in global CoE forums
