EMEA - Sales Development Representative(m/w/x)
Prospecting for AI healthcare software clients via cold calls, emails, and site visits. 1-3 years sales development experience required. 30 days PTO, work from home, occasional travel.
Requirements
- 1-3 years sales development/lead generation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible mentality, eager to learn
- Adaptability to changing environments and learning new processes/tools
- Resilience to handle objections/rejections with positive attitude
- Experience selling PACS, AI-based SW, or MRI
- Customer-facing leader for fast-growing SaaS business or technology
- Familiarity with start-up environment
- Experience working autonomously from home office
Tasks
- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, site visits, and social selling
- Assess and qualify inbound leads
- Set up meetings or calls between clients and the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
