- Track and report progress to stakeholders
- Analyze demand trends and challenge assumptions
- Monitor and improve demand process performance
- Support demand and supply alignment in execution horizon
- Expand use of OMP tool for demand workstream
- Implement improved differentiated forecast strategy
- Validate statistics provided by demand analyst
- Ensure buy-in on plans with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Consolidate demand information into actionable plans
- Generate initial consensus demand plan monthly
- Create additional demand scenarios for supply and business analysis
- Analyze actual performance and demand metrics
- Identify and correct forecast errors and bias
- Prepare for Global Demand Review and pre-meetings
- Support Supply Review process with master planners
- Adjust and analyze demand activity in real-time
- Support Differentiated Forecast Strategy development
- Maintain accurate demand plan in planning system
- Lead process improvements under demand manager's direction
