Tasks
- Coordinate roadshow logistics, including accommodation, flights, and ground transport
- Arrange meeting rooms and ensure catering, presentation material, and AV requirements are met
- Produce roadshow packs with schedules and investor profiles for company management
- Maintain communication with Corporate Access partners and company management
- Inform teams of roadshow progress and operational requirements
- Manage onsite roadshow logistics in Frankfurt
- Support administrative and data management for the European Corporate Access business
- Arrange ad hoc travel for DB corporate access
