Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments
  • Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
  • HVAC Engineering Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity in achieving high standards

Tasks

  • Inspect and maintain MEP assets in the critical facility
  • Lead Planned, Corrective, and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  • Issue PTW and ensure compliance with method statements and risk assessments
  • Understand all MEP systems within the facility confidently
  • Make recommendations for improvements and provide technical reports
  • Ensure efficient completion of Specialist Vendors service visits
  • Provide backup engineering shift relief cover as needed
  • Accurately report completed work orders and record critical spares used
  • Attend Weekly and Quarterly Team Meetings
  • Complete shift handover reports and communicate significant events
  • Participate in Health and Safety compliance activities
  • Liaise with the supply chain for M&E component orders
  • Maintain areas under control to required show site standards
  • Evaluate and escalate potential risks with assessments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of safe systems of work
  • Complete Reactive, Planned, and Corrective Work Orders per SFG20
  • Escalate ONWH Alarm Notifications as per EMEA procedures
  • Accurately complete assigned Corrigo Work Orders
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and completion of Work Orders
