As a Marine Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and integrating electrical systems for unmanned vessels. You will collaborate with a diverse team to enhance maritime technology and support innovative data collection solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical and automation engineering
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering in serial ship design
  • Skilled in EPLAN or similar systems
  • Interest in bringing technology to the next level
  • Openness, communication skills, and friendliness
  • Self-motivation and independence
  • Communication in English

Tasks

  • Develop block diagrams for electrical systems
  • Create multi-line diagrams and connection plans
  • Design cable trees for pre-production
  • Develop and program the automation system in collaboration with the Software Implementation Engineer
  • Create test procedures for system setup
  • Generate the Bill of Materials for electrical systems in collaboration with the Supply Chain
  • Design solutions for various configurations within product platforms
