- Promote a proactive preventive safety culture
- Monitor and report on EHS performance
- Conduct internal audits to identify risks
- Initiate countermeasures for audit deviations
- Coordinate company-specific and legal reviews
- Maintain the central EHS SharePoint system
- Ensure compliance with legal EHS regulations
- Serve as the DGUV Regulation 2 specialist
- Select and maintain personal protective equipment
- Assess working conditions and workplace design
- Inspect technical equipment prior to commissioning
- Perform regular safety inspections and training
- Chair regular occupational safety committee meetings
