- Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, PremierePro knowledge
- Portfolio of e-learning content using Articulate Storyline
- Instructional design principles and UX knowledge
- Transform technical subject matter into learning solutions
- Experience in international/multicultural environments
- Training design experience in technical, aviation, military, or engineering
- Effective Communication (English, C1)
- Attention to Detail
- Teamwork & Cooperation in Multinational Environment
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Adherence to Standards and Procedures
- Technical Expertise in Multimedia Production
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
- Job interview in English, in Germany
Tasks
- Develop and redesign e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Produce and refine graphics, animations, and interactive components
- Interpret technical source material for accurate representation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers
- Ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency
- Adhere to established workflows and quality assurance steps
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning products
- Maintain version control and documentation
