- Experience managing agencies or freelancers (plus)

- Fluent English, another European language (plus)
Tasks
- Drive DTC ecommerce performance across all markets
- Optimize conversion rate and average order value
- Translate commercial goals into ecommerce priorities
- Define concrete on-site actions
- Monitor daily ecommerce performance
- React quickly to opportunities and issues
- Address stock and conversion risks promptly
- Manage homepage, category, and product pages
- Oversee site navigation and merchandising decisions
- Ensure a clear, conversion-focused website
- Align website with brand guidelines
- Make final decisions on site structure and hierarchy
- Resolve merchandising trade-offs
- Lead onsite execution for product launches
- Oversee campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Ensure alignment of marketing, stock, and onsite execution
- Lead and develop a high-impact ecommerce team
- Prioritize team activities and projects
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care
- Partner with Tech to scope website improvements
- Prioritize and deliver website improvements
- Track key ecommerce KPIs
- Report insights and recommendations to leadership
