Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience assembling, tuning, and operating drones: 3+ years professionally or equivalent in racing/competition/enthusiast projects
  • •Completion of technical apprenticeship, Bachelor's, or training in a relevant technical field
  • •Familiarity with ground control software (QGroundControl, Mission Planner) and flight control software (Ardupilot, PX4)
  • •Care for precision, quality, and systematic problem-solving
  • •Proactivity, willingness to improvise, and strong sense of ownership
  • •Conversational English is a must; German is a strong plus
  • •Familiarity with using a command line and basic scripting
  • •Data analysis skills (log interpretation, root cause, frequency domain analysis)
  • •Skilled in soldering wires and troubleshooting electronics, sensors, etc.
  • •Familiarity with CAD and 3D printing

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree

  • •Integrate and check out new UAVs with developers and technicians
  • •Flash, tune, and operate various drones
  • •Conduct qualification and development flight testing in the field
  • •Identify bugs and design flaws, and propose improvements
