Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience assembling, tuning, and operating drones
  • •Completion of technical apprenticeship, Bachelor's, or training in a relevant technical field
  • •Familiarity with ground control software (e.g., QGroundControl, Mission Planner) and flight control software (e.g., Ardupilot, PX4)
  • •Care about precision, quality, and systematic problem-solving
  • •Proactivity, willingness to improvise, and strong sense of ownership
  • •Conversational English proficiency; German is a strong plus
  • •Familiarity with using a command line and basic scripting
  • •Data analysis skills (log interpretation, root cause analysis, frequency domain analysis)
  • •Skilled in soldering wires and troubleshooting electronics, sensors, etc.
  • •Familiarity with CAD and 3D printing

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree
