As a Driver Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing driver supply in Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing onboarding processes, fostering community engagement, and ensuring operational standards are met to support a thriving driver network.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or higher
• •At least 5 years of operational and leadership experience
• •Experience in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment environment
• •Proven experience managing teams of 3 or more direct reports
• •Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
• •Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies
• •Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Highly organized and structured
• •High integrity and sound business judgment
• •Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• •Positive, open-minded, and results-oriented

Tasks

• •Grow and retain driver supply for Germany operations
• •Maintain an efficient driver acquisition and onboarding process
