- •10+ years of experience in health policy or public affairs within pharma/life sciences sector
- •At least 8 years of people management experience
- •Ability to influence senior executives and policymakers
- •Established network with global public institutions and trade associations
- •Ability to bring agile ways of working to life
- •Ability to synthesize complex global trends into actionable strategies
- •Preference for candidates with affiliate-level experience and coalition building background

- •Shape policy environments by advocating for medical professionals and patients
- •Identify access drivers and barriers among governments and insurers
- •Act as the primary global contact for disease area policy
- •Provide guidance on market evolutions and regulatory requirements
- •Partner with Roche regions to apply health policy expertise
- •Increase awareness of the External Affairs mission
- •Oversee the creation of analytical tools and policy strategies
- •Translate healthcare challenges into actionable business tactics
- •Define team requirements and oversee project budgets
- •Communicate resource status for high-level decision-making
- •Share global health policy expertise to support organizational growth
- •Educate others to foster a culture of excellence and innovation
