- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams.
- Communicate regularly with various stakeholders.
- Align processes and design direction with other UX leaders globally.
- Mentor and empower a team of product designers.
- Provide regular feedback on concept development.
- Inspire creativity and challenge established thinking.
- Strengthen user-centricity by bringing user needs to interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders for high business and user impact.
- Incorporate data analysis, feedback, and usability testing.
- Validate concepts and experience paradigms.
- Ensure quality implementation meets all design requirements.
- Champion global design systems and pattern libraries.
- Contribute to outstanding UX and UI patterns.
- Optimize and introduce processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple work streams with an agile mindset.
- Collaborate with peers in other design teams.
- Contribute to the global design community.
- Strengthen user experience standards across the organization.
- Contribute to the DMart product vision and strategy.
