Requirements

  • •Ph.D. or MD in Immunology, molecular biology, pathology, or related discipline
  • •6 to 10+ years of oncology clinical development experience
  • •Therapeutic knowledge and scientific accomplishments in oncology or immune-oncology
  • •In-depth understanding of translational medicine and biomarker mechanisms
  • •Experience with innovative assay development and problem-solving
  • •Experience in interdisciplinary cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to independently drive and manage complex projects
  • •Eagerness to work in a dynamic and matrix environment
  • •Genuine interest and understanding of development science
  • •Excellent communication and organization skills
  • •Strong writing skills demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications

Doctoral / PhD

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement biomarker strategies from early Ph1 to licensure
  • •Drive translational strategies for oncology clinical development
  • •Bridge preclinical data to translational strategies in assigned programs
  • •Integrate mechanism of action with clinical development plans
  • •Provide scientific and strategic guidance for biomarker programs
  • •Coordinate biomarker-related activities with stakeholders
  • •Ensure integration of services and technologies to meet program goals
  • •Contribute biomarker input to regulatory documents
  • •Analyze and interpret clinical biomarker data
  • •Present findings to support decision-making
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical translational steps
  • •Strengthen interfaces and processes across functions
  • •Pursue continuous improvement and acceleration in R&D
