Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in life science, engineering, or equivalent
  • •Fluency in English
  • •2-3 years of experience as functional project leader or equivalent
  • •Strong scientific/technical knowledge and understanding of technical development tasks for Small Molecules or Biologics
  • •Fundamental knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
  • •Solid cross-functional knowledge regarding drug development
  • •Completion of basic project management training

Tasks

  • •Formulate technical project strategies for TRD
  • •Drive financial planning and risk assessments
  • •Establish technical development plans based on project priorities
  • •Create high-level summaries for management presentations
  • •Identify and manage CMC and program risks
  • •Provide drug development and technical expertise
  • •Encourage creativity and challenge the status quo
  • •Participate in leadership discussions and boards
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Analyze issues and propose optimal solutions
  • •Share industry knowledge with the CMC community
  • •Contribute to Global Project Team initiatives
  • •Lead development discussions for assets in progress
  • •Mentor and coach junior TPLs and team members
  • •Facilitate CMC team meetings and track actions
  • •Communicate CMC topics to support decision-making
  • •Adjust communication based on audience needs
  • •Oversee financial resources and budget accountability
  • •Take responsibility for team outcomes and successes
