- Impact EBIT, customer satisfaction, and operational stability
- Lead supplier development programs
- Manage critical supplier escalations
- Establish strong governance and standardized processes
- Partner with Procurement, R&D, and Operations
- Embed supplier performance across sourcing, industrialization, and production
- Drive digitalization initiatives
- Strengthen organizational capabilities
- Build culture of continuous improvement
