Requirements

• •8-10 years client-facing project management
• •5+ years experience managing personnel
• •Project Management Certification preferred
• •Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries
• •Proven knowledge of project management

Tasks

• •Lead the Schorndorf project management team
• •Supervise and monitor project management staff
• •Train and develop team members
• •Ensure adherence to global project processes
• •Maintain a safe working environment
• •Manage the project management budget
• •Act as an escalation point for issues
• •Support forecasting and revenue activities
• •Participate in client visits and business development
• •Represent project management on the leadership team
