Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or P&L ownership
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing long-term product strategies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and margin optimization
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Track record of strategic thinking and operational execution
- Global mindset with experience working in multi-region or matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English; German is nice to have
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the working time
Tasks
- Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the battery product line
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts
- Guide innovation and portfolio expansion
- Build capabilities in product management, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Oversee the full product lifecycle across multiple product families
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs
- Prioritize product investments and resource allocation
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers and partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Promote thought leadership and product vision
- Partner with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing
- Ensure successful product development, launch, and commercialization
- Drive alignment across functions for timely delivery and quality
- Own the P&L for the battery product line across all OEM accounts
- Forecast revenue and develop pricing strategies
- Optimize margins for the product line
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives and strategic partnerships
