Requirements

  • •University degree in Mechanical, Process, Textile Engineering, or comparable
  • •Strong hands-on experience in Pleating technologies
  • •Practical operations experience in filter components or comparable manufacturing environments
  • •Profound technical expertise and structured project management skills
  • •Experience in digitalization, Industry 4.0, or AI
  • •Hands-on, results-oriented, and pragmatic with deep awareness of quality and HSE requirements
  • •Excellent intercultural communication skills in English

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Lead global development of Pleating technologies
  • •Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
  • •Drive international process development projects
  • •Standardize engineering changes and global rollouts
  • •Shape the Technology Roadmap and manage CAPEX
  • •Select and qualify suppliers for manufacturing solutions
  • •Provide leadership to local process engineers
  • •Develop technical expertise and foster talent globally
  • •Coordinate the global Subject Matter Expert Platform
  • •Promote knowledge exchange and best practices
  • •Support plants with operational challenges
  • •Implement efficiency initiatives, including digitalization
  • •Identify and evaluate innovative technologies
  • •Maintain Freudenberg’s technological edge
