Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field
  • •Master’s degree preferred
  • •Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industries
  • •Expertise in Clinical Operations or related fields
  • •Solid understanding of drug development processes
  • •Advanced knowledge of clinical operations
  • •Familiarity with Six Sigma, LEAN, and Agile methodologies
  • •Proven success in delivering end-to-end process improvements
  • •Strategic thinking
  • •Strong interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to influence across all levels of an organization
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •German is a plus

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead process improvement initiatives from conception to realization
  • •Integrate initiatives with organizational systems
  • •Foster a culture of continuous improvement within GCDO
  • •Monitor process efficiency and effectiveness
  • •Identify opportunities for improvement aligned with strategic priorities
  • •Develop data-driven operational strategies and metrics frameworks
  • •Measure trial delivery effectiveness
  • •Drive digital transformation efforts for eTMF, CTMS, and RBM systems
  • •Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements through innovative methodologies
