- Experience with KPI and OKR frameworks
- Excellent English and very good German skills
- Strong analytical mindset and personal impact
- Passion for guiding people through change
Tasks
- Own the end-to-end operational excellence roadmap
- Translate organizational needs into scalable processes
- Design and orchestrate complex transformation initiatives
- Advise VP-level and senior leadership as a trusted partner
- Lead a high-performing core transformation team
- Manage Agile Masters across the organization functionally
- Establish standards and governance for transformation practices
- Improve efficiency and quality using engineering expertise
- Accelerate time-to-market through process optimization
- Drive cultural change toward data-driven operational excellence
