Tasks
- Temporarily lead the Mobile squad
- Manage and develop the PM team
- Build a scalable product management function
- Own and coordinate cross-squad mobile features
- Develop and execute mobile-specific strategy
- Conduct 1:1s with 4 Product Managers
- Guide career development and performance
- Hire a Senior PM for the core squad
- Hire a dedicated Mobile PM
- Co-own strategic product decisions
- Deepen involvement in product sparring
- Audit and improve PM processes
- Prioritize and run discovery
- Write and measure product specs
- Champion AI-native product development
- Adopt AI tools and methods
- Drive AI-assisted discovery and prototyping
- Reshape PM workflows with AI
