Requirements
- 10+ years in analytics, 5+ years leading Product Analytics/Data Science
- Experience building/managing/scaling analytics teams (10+ people)
- Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, retention, PLG
- Advanced SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with behavioral analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely)
- Experience designing/analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Solid understanding of statistical significance and experimental rigor
- Translate complex data to clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Experience applying ML/predictive modeling to product use cases
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV/CAC)
- Understanding of how product engagement impacts business performance
Tasks
- Lead and grow a high-performing Product Analytics team
- Focus on behavioral analysis, experimentation, and product data science
- Define and evolve a global product measurement strategy
- Align key metrics with product development and business growth
- Build and maintain a unified behavioral analytics framework
- Map the customer journey from first interaction to renewal
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps
- Connect acquisition channels with in-product behavior
- Own and scale the experimentation framework
- Promote rigorous A/B testing and a culture of learning
- Transform complex behavioral data into clear insights
- Create dashboards and narratives for stakeholders
- Expand self-service analytics tools
- Support Product Managers with training and guidance
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions
- Improve efficiency and support innovation
