- •Define and drive principal management strategies
- •Build senior-level partnerships with global suppliers
- •Lead supplier onboarding and portfolio governance
- •Resolve complex supplier and governance escalations
- •Negotiate distribution agreements and ensure compliance
- •Drive portfolio expansion and market development
- •Monitor financial performance using digital SRM tools
- •Lead and develop the Principal Management team
- •Grow sales and profit for EMEA Nutritional Health
- •Execute regional strategies aligned with market trends
- •Manage a differentiated Nutritional Health product portfolio
- •Lead and develop the Business Development team
- •Steer innovation and manage key customer projects
- •Collaborate with innovation and local sales teams
