Tasks
- Transform IT from support to platform function
- Define infrastructure and security foundation
- Lead and develop IT team, including helpdesk and systems engineering
- Manage core IT operations: device management, identity and access, workplace technology
- Set security strategy for systems and agent ecosystem
- Build and document agentic platform layer
- Manage IT risk, compliance, and audit readiness
- Evaluate supplier relationships and build/buy/partner decisions
- Communicate IT and security decisions to leadership
- Define and track platform health metrics and service quality
- Reduce ticket volume and mean time to resolution
- Establish internal NPS for IT services
Work Experience

- Bachelor's degreeOR
