- Guide domain boundary evolution.
- Represent ERP domain in technical discussions and forums.
- Drive shift to product-oriented ERP platform.
- Lead and mentor ERP domain specialists.
- Support teams in building deep ERP domain knowledge.
- Create environment of technical ownership and accountability.
- Foster continuous improvement across teams.
- Thoughtfully scale the ERP domain.
- Ensure strong technical leadership during scaling.
- Partner with Product counterparts on ERP functionality.
- Align technical architecture with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, sales, operations, logistics).
- Ensure ERP systems support multi-entity operating model.
- Provide clear technical guidance.
- Navigate trade-offs between business priorities and architecture.
- Represent ERP domain in entity and leadership discussions.
