Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and labor practices across multiple EMEA countries
- Proven success in union negotiations and managing complex employee relations cases
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive issues with professionalism
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field

- Partner with legal counsel on collective bargaining agreements

- Coach HR and management on employee relations best practices
- Drive improvements in workplace culture and employee engagement
- Lead crisis response and change management initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs on conflict resolution and compliance
