- Negotiate German Works Agreements with local HR leadership
- Implement regional strategies for positive employee relations
- Develop programs to enhance job satisfaction and productivity
- Guide business leaders on complex employee relations issues
- Lead a matrix team supporting European labor initiatives
- Train organizational leaders on negotiations and labor relations
- Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Oversee investigations and disciplinary processes across Europe
- Serve as the primary liaison to the German Data Privacy Officer
- Act as the Data Privacy Officer for Italy and Spain
- Standardize and harmonize site-level HR policies across regions
- Ensure HR policies are accessible and uniformly stored
