- Ensure compliance with GxP, data protection, and security standards
- Define and monitor platform performance and quality KPIs
- Own the platform architecture, reference designs, and roadmap
- Provide architectural guidance for complex, regulated integrations
- Maintain secure, stable, and compliant platform operations
- Manage service onboarding, including testing and documentation
- Promote reuse of APIs, connectors, and templates
- Lead the team and enable self-service delivery models
- Align resource planning with IT and business goals
- Deliver targeted training on integration best practices
