- Represent J.S. Held at industry forums and client events
- Lead and advise on complex HSE engagements
- Develop and implement H&S strategies and management systems
- Conduct H&S assurance and compliance activities
- Familiarize with German H&S legislation and regulatory requirements
- Perform statutory reporting obligations
- Gain site-based experience in high-risk environments
- Conduct operational H&S risk assessments
- Deliver safety culture and leadership programs
- Understand human performance principles
- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Develop corrective and preventative actions
- Develop and implement environmental strategies
- Design and deploy Environmental Management Systems
- Support environmental assurance and compliance activities
- Liaise with German environmental regulators
- Manage operational environmental risks
- Control waste management and pollution prevention
- Support environmental due diligence and liability assessments
- Advise on transactions, investments, divestments, and disputes
- Deliver ESG-related risk and performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct baseline assessments and gap analysis
- Develop ESG-related programs
