Requirements

• •10+ years of experience in digital growth/promotions products
• •Strong track record of driving business results
• •7+ years of experience leading teams
• •Ability to work independently with high ownership
• •Highly analytical profile
• •Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• •Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Own the product vision and strategy for vendor promotions
• •Lead the development of vendor-paid promotions features
• •Build a world-class e-commerce product through product discovery
• •Focus on user needs and optimize for long-term sustainability
• •Collaborate with a cross-functional team of performance managers, data scientists, UX researchers, designers, and engineers
• •Align product ideas with regional teams and secure buy-in from global and regional stakeholders
• •Act as a product champion and mentor within the global product community
