Tasks
- Oversee Governance, Risk & Compliance across the Webasto Group
- Lead and strategically develop an international team reporting to the CFO
- Design and implement the Group-wide Internal Control System (ICS)
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Internal Control System
- Manage internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
- Report on risk, ICS, audit, and compliance matters to the Management Board
- Act as the central interface for internal and external auditors
- Ensure Data Protection compliance across the Webasto Group
- Advise business functions on GDPR compliance
- Monitor relevant processes and liaise with supervisory authorities
