- 12–15+ years Transfer Pricing / International Tax experience
- Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm experience
- Multinational company in-house experience
- Designing and implementing global TP policies
- Master File, Local File, CbCR (BEPS Action 13)
- Global documentation standardisation projects
- Complex TP structures experience
- Managing TP audits, APAs, tax negotiations
- Exposure to multi-country environments
- CV in English
Tasks
- Manage global transfer pricing matters innovatively and strategically
- Define and implement transfer pricing policy
- Recommend and advise on complex transfer pricing projects
- Develop and implement SGS Transfer Pricing Model
- Design and shape global transfer pricing model and policy
- Defend transfer pricing model across all countries
- Ensure documentation of significant international related party transactions
- Prepare local and master transfer pricing documentation
- Ensure consistency between master and local file documentation
- Implement standardized process for local transfer pricing documentation
- Manage transfer pricing risks within the group
- Support local finance managers and business units on transfer pricing
- Lead a transfer pricing team of 6 people in Poland
- Guide local finance managers on transfer pricing matters
- Ensure compliance with BEPS action plan
- Mitigate transfer pricing risks through standardized documentation
- Maintain central function for documentation consistency
- Manage requests for information or audit activity from tax authorities
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation policies
- Account for local deadlines and documentation requirements
- Transmit transfer pricing documentation to tax authorities
- Implement transfer pricing model for all SGS group transactions
- Develop intellectual property model and regional cost allocation
- Conduct TP benchmark studies and process contribution analysis
- Perform supply chain analysis
- Defend transfer pricing setup and model in tax audits
- Assist local finance teams in transfer pricing audits
- Compile and review transfer pricing information for tax authorities
- Provide vision and strategic leadership to transfer pricing team
- Foster growth and development within transfer pricing area
- Develop direct reports for succession planning
- Build strong network with external tax consultants
- Manage external stakeholders on transfer pricing questions
- Ensure training opportunities for direct reports
- Train local finance teams on transfer pricing requirements
- Manage team budget and external advisers
- Facilitate development of direct reports
