Tasks
- Lead the Finance Insights organization for foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti
- Serve as the strategic co-pilot for C-level and functional heads
- Transition the regional FP&A team to a high-impact matrix organization
- Orchestrate the Monthly Rolling Forecast and Annual Budgeting processes
- Harmonize planning cycles across Europe and APAC
- Orchestrate the Finance Business Partner (FBP) framework
- Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Heads of Logistics, Marketing, Service Ops, and Pricing
- Challenge assumptions and co-create value by translating operational drivers into financial impact
- Manage and mentor a team of regional FP&A managers
- Foster a culture of 'Dive Deep' and 'Own It'
- Partner with Controlling and Finance Systems teams to drive process harmonization
- Optimize the use of Anaplan across brands and entities
- Steer project timelines and assess brand change requests against regional priorities
- Drive comprehensive model standardization
