Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration
  • Professional certifications (CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CMA)
  • Expertise in SAP ECC (FI/CO) or SAP S/4 R2R stream and COGNOS and Power BI
  • Profound experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and German statutory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and German to communicate professionally

Tasks

  • Support the Managing Director and Management Team in executing the business plan to double the business by 2030
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 as a pilot in the German Sales Organization
  • Drive change and project management initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization
  • Develop and manage a Business Controller and foster collaboration within the SSC Accounting team
  • Act as a business partner to local and regional stakeholders, providing financial insights for decision-making
  • Oversee financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and financial accounting activities
  • Drive business and financial planning, budgeting, and analytics using SAP and BI tools
