- Identify and deliver AI and RPA use cases
- Support legacy system migration to S/4HANA
- Integrate S/4HANA with Salesforce and procurement systems
- Drive global standard processes and minimize customization
- Translate business needs into digital requirements
- Establish performance metrics for the digital team
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
