Tasks

• Lead and develop a team of over 300 engineering professionals
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
• Guide multidisciplinary teams in developing complex systems
• Drive engineering strategy for hardware, software, and integrated systems
• Structure and grow the engineering organization with a clear vision
• Align local needs with global engineering objectives
• Mentor engineering leadership to ensure alignment with program goals
• Oversee the Group’s engineering transformation roadmap
• Enhance organizational maturity by evolving engineering processes
• Lead the digital transformation of engineering practices
• Anticipate skill needs and manage engineering resources across projects
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team
• Represent engineering in group-wide strategic processes
