Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in change management, transformation management, organizational enablement, or large-scale rollout programs
  • Strong track record of designing and leading adoption workstreams in complex transformation settings
  • Credible work with leadership while staying close to user realities and implementation constraints
  • Experience structuring communication, training, and engagement measures with measurable outcomes
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution discipline
  • Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
