Requirements
- Degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in change management, transformation management, organizational enablement, or large-scale rollout programs
- Strong track record of designing and leading adoption workstreams in complex transformation settings
- Credible work with leadership while staying close to user realities and implementation constraints
- Experience structuring communication, training, and engagement measures with measurable outcomes
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution discipline
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
