- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field)
- •12+ years in capital project management, Engineering, Energy Management, Hygienic design, Process design, or i4.0
- •Proven track record managing projects across multiple geographies and cultures
- •Technical expertise
- •Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and facility design
- •Leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse teams
- •Expertise in capital budgeting, ROI analysis, and risk management
- •Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- •Experience in project management, coaching, and change management
- •Experience in production/ manufacturing sites
- •Successfully managed Engineering function in production or development fields
- •Conceptual and strategic thinker with relevant experience at production/ manufacturing site level
- •Track record in Project Management and ability to challenge through 'facts & figures'
- •Proven ability to work within a matrix organization and cultural awareness
- •Strong ability to network and collaborate across various functions

- •Define and implement regional capital project strategies
- •Oversee multi-site capital projects, including facility builds and technology upgrades
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- •Ensure compliance with GMP, health & safety, and environmental standards
- •Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and optimize resource allocation
- •Drive adoption of advanced engineering practices and sustainable design
- •Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- •Establish and lead climate change and energy conservation strategies
- •Support EHS directors with energy reporting and target setting
- •Standardize critical processes across multiple regions
- •Ensure Highly Protected Readiness status across assigned sites
- •Implement world-class processes for capital asset management
- •Roll out divisional Maintenance & Energy Management initiatives
- •Embed maturity systems with site assessments for maintenance excellence
- •Implement capital management processes and project tracking
- •Develop capital plans that align with business objectives
- •Verify engineering adequacy for successful project development
- •Provide support for commissioning and troubleshooting at manufacturers
- •Identify productivity improvement opportunities before capital investment
- •Establish a robust capital investment planning process
- •Define standards and governance in collaboration with regions
- •Maintain global engineering and quality metrics for operational improvements
- •Create cohesive, cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement
- •Lead and develop a talented team to meet business needs
- •Ensure rollout of serialization technology ahead of regulations
