Requirements

• •PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
• •Managerial experience and 10 years post-doctorate industry experience
• •Necessary theoretical and practical job knowledge

• •Ability to generate external contacts and collaborations

Tasks

• •Lead the Biologics Analytical R&D organization
• •Support early-stage biologics and future modalities
• •Develop industry-leading analytical methods and strategies
• •Advance manufacturing and process development for drug substances
• •Analyze degradation mechanisms during manufacturing and distribution
• •Partner cross-functionally to drive robust manufacturing processes
• •Deliver analytical results within budgets and timelines
• •Integrate analytical strategies into broader business objectives
• •Implement new technologies and automation strategies
• •Establish collaborative relationships with key partner organizations
