- •Extensive clinical experience in soft tissue surgery, with additional experience in orthopedic surgery and/or neurosurgery being an advantage
- •Enjoyment of teamwork, knowledge sharing, collegial collaboration, and teaching
- •High sense of responsibility, precision, and empathy in dealing with patients and their owners
- •Motivation to help shape a new clinic and contribute innovative ideas
