Digital Media Manager Programmatic Video, Display & Social(m/w/x)
Managing programmatic video, CTV, and paid social campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. DSP and CM360 experience required. Brand-new offices with roof terrace.
Requirements
- 2–3 years digital media management (Programmatic Video, CTV, Online Video)
- DSP experience (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of CM360
- Understanding of video inventory, auction mechanics, CTV characteristics
- Comfort with core video/media KPIs (CPM, Reach, Frequency, etc.)
- Curiosity about AI and automation, exploring new tools
- Structured, self-driven working style
- Drive to improve processes
- Good English
- German language skills (plus)
- First-hand experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (Looker Studio, GA, Tableau)
- Experience with Paid Social video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Basic knowledge of ad server systems
- First exposure to publisher deal management (PMP, direct deals)
Tasks
- Manage and optimize programmatic video, CTV, and online video campaigns
- Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, and manage budget pacing
- Optimize CTV inventory across streaming publishers and programmatic video environments
- Manage paid social video campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
- Implement tracking and maintain consistent campaign naming conventions
- Develop data-informed media plans with performance forecasts
- Create performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement automations using AI tools
- Contribute to building AI-powered media infrastructure
- Propose AI solutions to save time and enhance efficiency
