- Strong understanding of design-to-production workflows

Tasks
- Lead and develop CAD/BIM core team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Own and evolve multi-CAD landscape
- Ensure CAD/BIM integration and interoperability
- Maintain robust PDM governance
- Define and harmonize CAD/BIM standards
- Drive adoption of CAD/BIM best practices
- Promote end-to-end integration across sites
- Implement digitalization and automation solutions
- Integrate AI into design-to-production ecosystem
- Enhance data and document workflows
- Ensure CAD–ERP integration
- Optimize manufacturing and jobsite processes
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Enhance efficiency and quality
