Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in project management, governance, or functional analysis (IT/DevSecOps)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Artifactory, Terraform), cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Basic understanding of Linux-based technologies
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex requirements
  • Fluent English skills
  • Desirable German language skills

Tasks

  • Drive project management.
  • Drive governance frameworks.
  • Drive the Material Change Process (MCP).
  • Analyze platform capabilities for alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional DevSecOps and application initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and resources.
  • Define and maintain governance for tooling and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Support implementation and evolution of the MCP.
  • Analyze and optimize DevSecOps processes and tooling.
  • Facilitate the WorkFlows initiative.
  • Evaluate employee-submitted ideas.
  • Coordinate implementation of ideas.
  • Track the impact of WorkFlows initiatives.
  • Translate business/technical requirements into specifications.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, governance, and business.
  • Organize workshops and working groups.
  • Gather input and communicate decisions.
  • Maintain documentation for governance and platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting for compliance/performance.
